He was very honest about what he believed was going on, and gave an accurate and reasonable quote. I was on a road trip and my splash shield fell off and was dragging, making a loud scraping noise. This happened at 6 PM, when most businesses were closed, and not being familiar with the area I was panicked. Thankfully, I found Herlin and he came and helped fix my situation. I appreciated the kindness and the quickness and would absolutely recommend!
If you ever find yourself stranded near Mesquite, NV, look no further than Herlin. Our car broke down on the I-15 on a Sunday, and we were in desperate need of a mechanic. Not only did Herlin answer his phone (after politely apologizing for the slight delay because he was at church), but he went completely above and beyond for us. He actually drove us to a bowling alley so we could stay cool and entertained instead of sitting in the heat while he fixed the car. He is a wonderful, genuine person who truly cares about his customers. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Our car broke down on the 15. We needed to get it towed to a local mechanic. Herlin apologized for not answering the phone sooner, cause he was at church. We were happy to have someone answer at all on a Sunday. He drove us to a bowling alley to have fun and be out of the heat while he worked on the car. Really good guy, highly recommend if you’re in the Mesquite NV area.
Herlin is awesome! He really came through for me! I had my check engine light come on headed down to Vegas and stopped at the O’Reillys to check what the issue was. The spark plugs needed change and I called him to help. He dropped everything and made time to come over and get my car taken care of! He is super knowledgeable and very honest! You could tell he really knew what he was doing and made sure my car was taken care of! If you need help go to him!
